A customer describes the app they want in a portal chat; a spec engine turns that conversation into a frozen, priced specification. A build job on ECS Fargate plans the work, runs Claude Agent SDK workers in parallel git worktrees, gates the result through acceptance tests, an independent review and an acceptance check, then delivers a GitHub repository, a live ECS Express Mode URL and a deliverable bundle. Payment runs through Stripe Checkout — 50% deposit before the build, 50% on delivery. After delivery, a "resident" agent can keep working on the repo from inside the customer's own AWS account, metered per token.
This token serves as an official stake in Mjukvarufabriken — also known as "The Software Factory" in English. It's my personal project (and company), one I've been building for many years. Thank you for the support! There's a 0.5% dividend back to stakeholders.
